
Understand Buyer Personas to Grow Sales
Did you know...there are 4 basic buyer personas, and how they say things will clue you in to how to best communicate with them?
Some want to know why.
Some want know how.
Some want to know what.
Some want to know who.
Most people are a blend of one or two, but still have a dominant style they lead with when they interact and communicate.
Then there's the 4 energy types...
as in, their physical and mental energy patterns that shape how they typically take action.
Energy-wise, the majority of people are strongly one type. And knowing the types can shape your focus for client delivery. (ADHD coaches really get this piece!)
Understanding the language each type tend to use and how they approach taking action helps you do a few things:
1. Targeting those personas in your messaging, using specific language, will excite the people with the style you work best with.
2. Adapting your sales approach to create buyer confidence and close more sales... that don't lead to buyer's (or seller's) remorse.
3. Uncovering your own style and needs to understand which style you work best with and which styles will be more challenging for you. This has a major impact on client delivery and client success.
The best part is it doesn't take a psychology degree to master using your understanding of these types to use them effectively!
